Our goal is to provide complete customer satisfaction through quick and simple shopping tools, a great selection of unique products, competitive pricing, and an easy to use return policy.

Our CD's and merchandise have an unconditional 30-day money back guarantee. If within 30-days of your purchase date you are not completely satisfied, Contact Us first and we will tell you how to return the item. The item must be in it's original condition for a full refund or exchange. If the item is determined by us to be of 'less than original condition', we can not issue a refund or exchange. No cancellations for 60 days. If we can't fill your order in 60 days, you have the option to cancel your order for a full refund.

If your package arrives damaged
If your package arrives and is delivered visibly damaged, refuse it immediately. If damage is not found until the product is opened, please contact the carrier immediately to report the damaged delivery, and provide the origination address and the destination address (both located on the outside of package).

We use both US Postal Service and United Parcel Service for shipping.

Once the claim has been reported to the carrier, you will not need to send back the damaged item. Before sending the item, Contact us and let us know that you have contacted the carrier so that we can follow through with the claim. In both cases we will send out a replacement item free of charge. If you are returning a damaged item, you may use US Priority Mail or UPS Ground services. Please notify customer service the shipping amount you paid and that cost will be reimbursed.

About our Products
Ceeknowledge.com Artist CD's and t-shirts are all produced here in the USA. We are small compared to the big sellers out there, but we pride ourselves on our excellent customer service, and the better quality of products we sell. Our products are reviewed and selected for being high quality. We will not offer any music of poor sound quality. Our t-shirts are only top quality. We won't sell it to our customers if we don't approve of it ourselves first! Browse our unique catalog of products. We always enjoy hearing the positive comments which we receive from our satisfied customers.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?
A typical order for an item in stock should arrive within 7-14 days. Because some of our stock is kept here, and some needs to be ordered, the arrival time may vary. We try to expedite the process as much as possible, but sometimes we are at the mercy of our distributors. If your item is not on-hand, your order may take up to 3-4 weeks, depending on availability. If this is the case, we will notify you of any delays. Sometimes an album may have to be back-ordered from the producers or distributors. This kind of circumstance is beyond our control and there is nothing we can do, but ask our customers to please be patient and understanding. It is in our interest to fill your order as soon as possible.
